Forming Operations The forming operation takes the flat part and forms (bends) it into the exact shape as defined on the print. Tolerances to within thousandths of an inch are maintained throughout the production process. Strict quality control measures are employed to ensure that the parts meet and maintain your closest tolerance specifications. Robotic assisted forming is used on large production runs and allows for "Lights Out" operation. In addition, J&A has seven manual brake presses that range up to 100 tons, more than enough to handle your toughest project. Key Benefits
