EQUIPMENT UPGRADES

Increase Capabilities As A Result Of Equipment Upgrades

Our capabilities were once again upgraded by the acquisition of the Amada EML K3610NT. This equipment combines the latest developments in machine, servo-electric punching and laser technologies for the high-speed production of short run sheet metal parts.

This work horse combines the advantages of a high speed punch press with the flexibility of a 4000W Laser.  With a 100" X-axis capability, it can process 8' sheets without repositioning which reduces process time and improves accuracy.  Its brush table design provides scratch free processing while its power vacuum system virtually eliminates slug pulling.
